These are the purchase and delivery details for yuzi plugins.

Price and access

The checkout shows the total price, including VAT. You pay for one year of download access. Purchases do not renew automatically and there are no automatic recurring charges. You can choose to renew from your account.

Delivery

Once Mollie confirms payment, your plugin becomes available in your account. Sign in using the email address entered at checkout. Your invoice is available there too.

Immediate digital delivery

To receive the download immediately, checkout asks for your consent to start digital delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. That consent is saved with your order and included in the confirmation email. This does not remove your statutory rights if the product is defective.

Read the plugin description and requirements. If you are unsure whether it works with your Joomla version or extensions, email yuzi before ordering.

Questions or problems

Email info@yuzi.nl with the plugin name and order number. If payment has not completed, you can try again from the plugin page. If you have paid but cannot access your download, contact yuzi.
