Privacy.

yuzi uses your details to process your purchase and give you access to your plugins. Questions? Email info@yuzi.nl.

Your purchase and account

Checkout asks for your email address. We store your order, amount, payment status, download access and consent to immediate delivery. A customer account is created only after a successful payment. Older orders may also contain billing details supplied at the time.

We use these details to fulfil your purchase, manage downloads and answer questions. Invoices and the related financial records are retained for the applicable statutory period, normally seven years.

Payments and sign-in

Mollie processes payments. We send the order amount and payment reference and receive the payment status. Details you enter on Mollie’s payment page are processed by Mollie. See Mollie’s privacy notice.

Sign-in links are sent to your email address. If you set a password, we store a secure password hash, never a readable password. Technical records such as your IP address, browser information, sign-in times and downloaded plugin versions help protect accounts and investigate misuse.

Cookies and service providers

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide those services. Fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information. Yuzi does not sell your personal data.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow statistics”, we load Google Analytics to measure public page visits, enquiry steps and submissions, contact-link clicks, plugin views, checkout starts and completed purchases. Purchase events include an order reference, plugin and amount. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or sign-in links. Account, sign-in and admin pages are excluded.

Google receives technical browser and device information, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics does not load before permission. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies from your browser.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies beginning with _ga have a configured lifetime of 180 days. We also store a technical reference after a measured enquiry or purchase to reduce duplicate counting; it contains no form answers or contact details.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your data, or request deletion, restricted use or a copy where applicable. Some purchase records must be retained for legal obligations. Email info@yuzi.nl. Do not send an identity document unless asked. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
